This autumn, Sven De Coninck (former CEO of Chase) and Jef Willem (founder of Onbespreekbaar) are launching UNHOOKED: a new youth-led movement that's all about taking back control of our attention.

Their mission? To put telepressure — that constant pressure to be available and respond instantly — on the map in Flanders. Because seriously, who's really in charge of your attention?

UNHOOKED brings together young people, creators and researchers to explore how our attention works and how we can take it back. No anti-smartphone lectures, no social media bashing, and definitely no disappearing into a cabin in the woods for a digital detox. Just fresh perspectives, inspiring conversations, creative workshops and new ways to rethink our screen habits.

And here's the exciting part: UNHOOKED is taking over De Krook this autumn! Expect hands-on workshops, creative sessions and plenty of space to connect, experiment and figure out what really deserves your attention.
